3/Feb/2008 - Some additional work on the Gwinns in West Virginia with the Census and the WV birth, marriage, & death records on-line.
27/Aug/2007 - Found Charles Gwinn, son of Andrew Gwinn, Jr, and added much information on his family and whereabouts in Texas.
19/May/2006 - Pictures from the collection of Jaye Drummond, descendant of Thomas Jefferson Gwinn & Matilda Bryan added.
17/May/2006 - More work on the first generation, as well as the Texas Gwinns. William Harrison Gwinn was found on the 1930 census, extending his death to after 1930. Also information on William's brother Jefferson Guinn. Marriage record for Andrew Gwinn Jr & Harriett Poindexter. Re-arranged the Gwinn book for separate chapters for each of Andrew Guinn and Rachel Harshbarger's children.
12/May/2006 - Lots of work with the census and the West Va death records on the "first generation", the children of Andrew Guinn and Rachel Harshbarger.
15/Nov/2005 - Apparently I am long past due updating the Gwinns and Taylors. The main Gwinn page has bee updated for both families and the book updated as well.
9/5/2004 - The main page has been re-designed to move the Kisers and Lassiters to their own page - Click Here for them. The Gwinns have been updated to go back a few more generations than we earlier had, all the way back to Andrew (born 1795) in Cabell County, Virginia/West Virginia. The Gwinn book has been re-published and is now just the Gwinns and Taylors.
8/17/2004 - All families on main page updated. More information found on the Kisers, and "Kaiser" changed to "Kiser" based on the census & the Social Security Death Index. Book re-published.
