5/Oct/2005 - Have not kept up with what I have added to the Phillips this year, but I have updated all the information on the web site to make sure it is up-to-date. Have added a few pictures. Have also begun some initial research on the Fields family. Martin Marion Phillips married Elizabeth Jane Fields.
12/30/2004 - Harold Richard, my 5th cousin and a descendant of Soliman Phillips has made contact. Eventually, I will include the information on his branch of the Phillips. In the meantime, he would love to hear from other Phillips researchers as well as anyone with information on his other families. See his contact info below.

Harold Richard - Harold is descended from Soliman Phillips (1848-1930), son of George Washington Phillips. He is researching several families in addition to the Phillips in NW Alabama including Walker, Lawrence, Franklin & Winston Counties.
