24/Jan/2008 - Updates on the Sanders and Oakley family, especially new information on the Bart Sanders family from Jerri Sanders.
11/Jan/2008 - Added news articles on the shooting death of Milt M Sanders.
23/Sep/2006 - Connected with cousin Guy Merritt who confirmed William J Sanders's father is Milford, and added Milford's father Squire. Guy also shared a picture of Squire's wife Elizabeth Smith Sanders Bryan. More pictures from Becky including Milford Sanders and Ida Oakely.
30/Jul/2006 - Received Bert Sanders' Social Security application listing his mother as Avie Oakly. This lead to her father, step-mother, and siblings, including Effie Oakly, who married Avie's husband William Sanders after Avie's death.
15/Nov/2005 - Created separate Sanders & Walls books and added to site. Added a few Sanders & Walls family pictures.
15/Nov/2005 - I really have been working some on these families in the last year. Have updated the Sanders, Walls, & Gray families on the main page. I have NOT updated the book, and plan to split the book up as there are so many Walls to cover. If you need more details before I update the book, please send me an email and I will be happy to send what I have.
10/16/2004 - I have tracked down Hattie Gray Wall's parents, and have updated the main page and re-published the "book". I also tracked down William Sanders in Oklahoma in 1910, but I am having trouble with him and Avie in 1900. They should be in Texas. I have a candidate in Collin Co, but some of the information does not tie. Will continue to work on them. I have found some WWI draft registration records so have added some birthdates, including for William Sanders.

Guy Merritt - descended from Squire Joseph Sanders and Elizabeth Smith's daughter Frances Sanders and her husband William Merritt of Tennessee.
Doris Sanders - husband Verlin is descended from Joseph Sanders, son of Squire Sanders. Like Milford, Joseph moved to Collin County, Texas, in the late 1800's.
