20 Jan 2016 I have been exchanging emails with a researcher looking into the author of a journal from 1851 - Our cousin William Johnston of Tuscaloosa, 1827-1864. William is a Terry descandant. More to come on that. In the meantime, I have looked at David Johnston's will and added two sons, Samuel and Henry. So more research to do there.
23 Jan 2015 I was so sorry to hear about the death of Fred Terry over the summer. Frederick Davis Terry died 1 July 2014 in Paducah, Kentucky, at age 92, while on vacation. Several years ago Fred was kind enough to provide a DNA sample to the Terry DNA Project. We now know where we fit with all the other Terrys out there.
I have separated the three families onto different pages as those trees were just too much information for them all to be on one page. The related Patterson/Ellison/Terry families are still grouped together on the website. And don't forget about the printable reports available on the main family page. I also finally tracked down Betty (Terry) Speir, youngest child of Jeremiah Sutton Terry. Plus more information on Betty's sister Bonnie Mae (Terry) (Blackwell) Chapman.

10 Feb 2013 Sadly, my mother Jane (Hager) Reuther, a Patterson & Terry descendant, died on 29 October 2012. She was 79 years old and had been fading away for some time.
